Kaplan Ugurlu, the doctor of science in the field of production management and marketing, the master of natural sciences in the field of the international hotel management, the research associate of the Kyrklareli University (Turkey) continues his work at School of the Caucasus hospitality of Institute of service of tourism and design (branch) of NCFU in Pyatigorsk.

During the lecture "Organization of Activity of the Hotel Enterprise" questions of the organization in hotels in the context of globalization were considered. The lecture attracted huge interest of students and teachers. At the end of a lecture many questions, including the question about the European standards of service in hotels, as well as about the best strategy of globalization were asked. Students took an interest in experience of the lecturer in hotel business.
